Student Website Login instructions:
Make sure you are on a PC and not a Macintosh computer. Our courses require a PC and will not work with a Mac computer.
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer for your browser. There are many different browsers however if you are not using Internet Explorer, you will receive error messages. One example of a browser that does not work with our courses is AOL Internet Explorer. If you are using any other browser besides Microsoft Internet explorer, please close out of it and locate your “Blue E” for Internet Explorer.
When you enter our website address, please make sure you are using the address bar at the top of the Internet Explorer Page. If you are using a search engine such as Yahoo or Google, you will not be directed to the correct page to log in.
Once you have arrived at our personal homepage, please click on the red “Student Login” button at the top of the page.
This will bring you to our log in page. If you are a first time user, please go to step 6. If you are a previous user, please skip to step 9.
First Time user – Please enter your country for the country you are enrolled through. For example you may be a Canadian student taking our degree programs enrolled in Penn Foster Global. You would choose “Other” for your country. You could be a Canadian or International student enrolled through Penn Foster College or Penn Foster Career School and you would therefore need to choose “United States” for your country.
Once you have selected the correct country, please enter your student identification number and click Submit.
On step two of the log in process you would enter your zip code or postal code or street address. If you have a Canadian address, please place a space between your postal code. For example: H3X 2M6. Then choose a user name a password. This should successfully log you into your personal home page. If you are unable to log in and receive an error message, please contact Student Services at 1-888-427-1000.
If you are returning to our site to log in however are unable to locate your user name and/or password to log in, please click on “Forgot User Name”. Please follow the steps which are the same as number 6-8 above. You can reset your user name and password, your user name only, or your password only. If you are still unable to log in after you follow the steps and/or receive an error message, please contact Student Services at 1-888-427-1000.
